Our prestigious customer Caterpillar has recognized us with “Supplier Excellence Recognition” - Certified Level - 2024” award. The award was handed over to RIL Team in a subtle function held on 13th December 2024 at our Automotive Division premises. It was a proud moment for our team, as we got this award for the Eight consecutive year.
Our Joint Managing Director, addressed on “The Jouney with Caterpillar”. He briefed about the break through with Caterpillar and the continous journey with consistent supply of products to meet their requirements. Today we are supplying about 30 different products to the Caterpillar both domestic and exports. Also he added that the 25 years of relationship with Caterpillar is built by the alike mindset of all the members involved with the commitment towards zero PPM, 100% customer satisfaction and exceeding the customer expectation.

Executives. Caterpillar Senior Executives stated that receiving the SERP award consistently is a great achievement by Roots Industries India Private Limited. They also appreciated that the continuous improvement is clearly evident in the shopfloor and appreciated the entire team for supplying the products exceeding the expectations and for receiving the award continuously.
The award was received by our Joint Managing Director, COO and our Operator’s Representatives along with the team.
The function concluded with plantation of tree and a photo session to cherish the memories.
